Adding Tags on Mobile App

I noticed adding tags on the Mobile App is not possible right now and

  1. It would be great if it was
  2. Hopefully someone has a workaround that actually helps

One of my clients is attempting to gather data on their close rate. They get a lot of leads and close very few of them so I asked her to keep track of why these leads are not converting. One of the ways we considered doing this is via tagging. However, she barely uses her computer for things and instead uses the Honeybook Mobile App. What workaround is there for keeping track of this so that it shows up in reporting? In order to help close the gap and increase her conversion rate we need data.

Adding tags on the mobile app appears to not be in the current roadmap. So either way, if this is the most viable solution ideally this post serves as that feature request unless there is a better workaround.

@Willis Aybar - You’re right, tags can’t currently be added from the HoneyBook mobile app, so that does make this tricky if your client mainly works from her phone.

A couple of possible workarounds:

• Use pipeline stages to track why leads didn’t book, like “Not Booked – Budget” or “Not Booked – Timing”
• Add a quick internal note to the project with the reason
• Or batch add tags later from desktop if reporting by tag is the goal

None of those are quite as easy as mobile tagging would be, but they may help for now. And I do think this is a strong feature request, especially for users trying to track close rate data from the app.

Yes - this needs to be added. Also should have the ability to create automations triggered by custom fields that are dropdowns… I.e. which DJ/Photographer/Planner is assigned to the project… then we can send the automation that is tied tot he person with their custom link for scheduling time with them…

This would all be super helpful and has been affecting my credibility with higher end clients.  If an automation goes off overnight when I’m sleeping since they replied around 11PM while I was sleeping, this highly decreases my chances of working with them and can be a detriment to the business.  I’d imagine I’m not the only person experiencing this but it would be greatly appreciated if HONEYBOOK can add this or at least add the ability to add tags in the mobile app to off set automations that are tied to triggers.

Hey Everyone! There is a feature request already created for this if you want to take a second to upvote it and get more eyes on it! You can do that here!
