I would love to have that kind of help—and very much look forward to this feature getting better. 

Right now, where all my clients are in the booking stage for the season, it’s not been very helpful and some of the information is wrong, which has made me panic just before a call (it will have an appointment time on the top of the meeting note and at the bottom it will have a completely different time).

 

It also seems to default to meeting summary, and mine right now are for prep. It’s not the world’s biggest deal but can be a little confusing. I like how it has some functionality on what to upsell during the call but for my purposes it would be so much better to have a note that has a pre-set of questions to ask with spaces to fill in. 

 

Typically after that call with my intensely random note taking, I’ll put that information into ChatGPT and have it create a fleshed out summary of my call for me. That’s been fantastic.
