A big issue that i’m currently dealing with right now is that there’s no way to differentiate automations based on the package a couple selects.  Different packages require different workflows.  For example, couples who book a package with a Photobooth need to receive an email 30 days before their wedding date to choose their template.  But a couple that didn’t book a package with a photobooth, they don’t need that email.

At the moment, I’m unable to set this up because:

  • There’s no "before wedding date" trigger available for manually triggered automations.

  • There’s no way to automate based on a selected package, product, or item.

Without this functionality, I have no way to automatically send out critical emails tied to specific package selections.

 

Possible solutions that would help:

  1. Add a "before wedding date" trigger option for manually triggered automations.

  2. Allow a product/item to act as a condition within automations.

 

As far as I know, there isn’t any workarounds right now and this is big issue that i’m sure a lot of other users are dealing with.
