Hello! 

So I am revamping everything is “slow season” and I find myself equal parts loving yet frustrated with the new builder. 

The fact that “triggers” are only allowed in the first step has me creating so many different automations and making it feel more complicated to accomplish the same thing. I also find myself having to reverse engineer steps because of the “Wait” function and the inability to set up something more straightforward like send email 4 weeks before project date, send file 2 weeks before project dated etc. 

I feel like the current limitations around where triggers are is seriously cluttering the backend and leaves more room for error. 

For instance, a networking connection workflow got put into 2 automations. If I was able to continue on the “yes” side of the conditional logic  by having the ability to “send email” “x days after session”, I could have one automation.

Even just adding a secondary logic/terms to the SET WAIT TIME to include “ before/after X”

Hope I’m making sense.
