I’m a Newborn + Motherhood photographer. 

I want to use Automations to have an email sent like this:

 

1st email sent after contact form is filled out (I have this set up)

 

2nd email sent IF the inquiry hasn’t responded/booked

 

How would you recommend doing this?

 

I’m losing leads from people not seeing the initial email or moms forgetting to respond. 

Should I send a 2nd email with the same kind of info as the first?

Are you utilizing a smartfile when you send that first email?

Are. you on the new Automations 2.0?

IF you send a smartfile with that initial email, you can go into preferences and select that a reminder email be sent of they havant gone through the smartfile.

 

If you want to automate more of your inquiry process with Automations 2.0, you can also achieve this. 

After the initial trigger, you can have it set to “wait” X days after that email w/smartfile to then take the “action” pf sending another email

 

I do not send the same info in the second email, let me grab what I actually say
