After my prospective clients select a service they want to book, I send them the proposal with the invoice and contract. However, the service they selected is not populated in the proposal. How do I fix this? Why would it send a contract with no service? 

Hi Naomi - 

It sounds like one of your automations or some part for the workflow is misfiring. It should not be happening like that! I would say check this Help Center article out about connecting lead forms (which is sounds like you’re using) with automations.

 

If that doesn’t help, I suggest reaching out to concierge@honeybook.com with this same request to make sure someone can help investigate what is going on. We definitely don’t want this continue. Both the smart file and automation should not be behaving this way.
