So as I am working on things, I had this concept come to mind. In my client journey, there are touchpoints that happen no matter the side tangents. Like the Trunk of the workflow are the 2 month, 4 week, 2 week, 1 week (pre session). The branches include some of the conditional logic and follow up around if things were viewed or completed. There are things I would not want held up by these other tangents. Not sure if this tree-like function is possible-- a trunk that runs through and branches that are there but don’t necessarily go anywhere but still have a function?

Hey @Ashley Rufino, I love this visualization of your process. Totally makes sense! Considering HoneyBook’s automations builder, I’d probably create separate automations for each part of the “trunk” in your workflow. So one for the activity that happens at 2 months, one for 4 weeks, one for 2 weeks, and one for 1 week. Each trigger set to “X weeks before project date”… That way, each automation will start automatically at the right time, regardless of which steps were or were not taken during the “branches” of the previous.

Thanks @Heather M ! That is what I have done, so more of a micro-workflow that gets automatically triggered. It's a love/hate relationship. Less room for error/systems failure and more concise action with conditional logic but easy to loose cohesiveness if you’re not super thorough.
