I just started with Honeybook. I signed up for a trial with one email address. Then I signed up for Honeybook with another email address. I want to use the original email address from the trial in my business but now it says I cannot use that email address because it is already being used. How do I cancel it from the trial account so I can use it.

Hey ​@Vincent Costa, this would most likely be a great question for chat support using the (?) button on the bottom right of your screen, as they can access your account info. Once you submit your Q, let the bot answer and then tap ‘speak to someone’ 😊
