In Good Company Event

Eligibility

This program is for HoneyBook members who are planning a community-led gathering where guests talk, collaborate, and learn from each other.

To be eligible, your event should:

  • Be a community first event such as coworking days, celebrations/parties, group content creation days, retreats, or peer-learning meetups.
  • Have an attendee list filled mostly with small business owners who would either benefit from or are already using HoneyBook (think event planners, photographers, videographers, venues, DJs, florists, marketers, consultants, designers, coaches, doulas, etc).

Education and educational events are welcome when it’s a genuine skill-share, not a personal brand pitch. To apply, your idea can be rough and doesn't need to be fully fleshed out - just share the community, the purpose, and a timing window.


Events not eligible for sponsorship at this time:

  • Speaker spotlights aimed at building one person’s brand.
  • Pay-to-pitch/influencer workshops or vendor markets without real peer connection.
  • Virtual-only webinars..

Program Requirements

If your event is selected, here’s what we’ll ask from you:

  • Include HoneyBook’s role as a sponsor on your event registration page and in your communications
  • Mention HoneyBook during the event (e.g., verbal thank you, signage, or slide)
  • Distribute a link provided by HoneyBook to your attendees and community, and actively encourage engagement (e.g., driving clicks, sign-ups, or visits)
  • Submit a short post-event survey

What You’ll Get from Us

If your event is selected, here’s how we’ll support you:

  • Light financial support to elevate your event—covering things like activities, snacks, or partial rental costs
  • Your own referral or affiliate link offering a discounted HoneyBook membership to attendees—plus a cash bonus for each new member who signs up
  • A packet of digital resources to share with attendees, including a tax checklist, growth guide, pricing guide, and workbook
  • A HoneyBook messaging guide to help you speak about the brand in a natural, authentic way
  • Swag for door prizes, raffles, or goodie bags (optional)
  • A feature on the HoneyBook Community event calendar
