While I like the idea of a Pay Link, I’m curious if the team has considered a feature where folks can enter in a rate/price and submit that payment. Use case would be someone wanting to pay off a bill early — on back end we receive the notification and then just need to match what outstanding invoice to apply to. If there is no outstanding we could just categorize it as something or approve/accept payment (for any 1-off style payments, in the same way we use the current Pay Link feature).

Screenshot below if from a client of mine who is a local Chamber of Commerce. They use this feature as they sometimes will bill a client for let’s say $2,000 event sponsorship. Client pays half up front then wants to pay it off every couple weeks. Similar use case would be for weddings which is very popular, allowing couples or any client to pay off something early.

While I know I’m presenting a suuuuper specific use case with the chamber pay a bill feature. I think this could be scaled and optimized so it’s adopted across users for major benefit to all.

Thoughts??

Anyone else want something like this?
