Hey HB Community! 👋

I’m looking for best practices and recommendations for setting up my domain, email, and calendar for my business. I’ve been using Register.com for all three, but I’m facing major integration challenges—especially with syncing my external calendar to HoneyBook.

✅ I’d love to hear from those who’ve successfully:

  • Purchased & managed a domain (best registrars?)

  • Set up a business email that integrates smoothly

  • Connected their calendar to HoneyBook for seamless scheduling

🚧 Some key challenges I’m facing:

  • My current provider (Register.com) doesn’t offer iCal/ICS feeds, so I can’t sync my calendar properly.

  • I need an all-in-one system that allows me to manage my domain, email, and calendar without constant workarounds.

  • I want to keep using Kajabi for my website but move my email/calendar to a more user-friendly provider.

  •  We are a team of two and need to easily view and manage each other’s calendars for scheduling and collaboration.

💡 If you’ve been through this transition, I’d love to hear:

  • What platform(s) you use for domain, email, and calendar

  • Any lessons learned or mistakes to avoid

  • How you’ve integrated your calendar with HoneyBook successfully

I appreciate any advice or guidance! Thanks in advance! 🙌

My domain registrar is Go Daddy, my website is built on Squarespace, and my domain email on calendar are both Google workspace.
Everything stinks perfectly with HoneyBook. I have no problems.

My website domain is through go-daddy but website is Wordpress. Everything else is through Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and its smooth sailing. I have 3 seperate emails tied to my domain as well as aliases for each

Thank you both for the quick response. I have a hard time connecting the dots with all of this. Would one of you be willing to get on a call with me.

best

Catalina, l to get you the exact right information it may be best for you to talk to a website designer. I can recommend my friend Connie at Pixality Design. She has a complementary consultation that would probably help you a lot.
