Hey Pam!!

First off—congrats on starting your balloon decor biz! Fun fact, on every bachelorette party I’m invited to I always get asked (roped into) constructing a last-minute balloon arch. And everytime I tell the maid of honor to hire someone next time 😆

Alright, so as both a fellow creative business owner (I run a branding/web design studio) and certified HoneyBook Pro, I’ve helped a lot of creative entrepreneurs set up their systems...even (especially!) the ones who don’t consider themselves “tech-savvy.” It can totally feel overwhelming at first, but the good news is you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

If you’re just getting started, I’d recommend:

  • Start with your Lead Form – it’s like a mini website while yours is in progress.

  • Keep your services list simple—just one or two packages to begin.

  • And don’t worry about making everything “perfect”—getting paid and staying organized is the real win early on. AKA focus on the quick wins, the more complex automations and workflows and bells and whistles can come later.

Anywho, if you want to chat, we can hop on a free consult (link below). Always happy to point you in the right direction. You got this, @Pamela Harshaw!
