Hi HoneyBook Team,

As a wedding planner, staying organized and providing my clients with a smooth planning experience is essential. I’ve been considering switching to Aisle Planner because it offers features that allow both me and my clients to access real-time planning tools and updates. Having a centralized system where clients can view timelines, checklists, and design boards in one place is becoming increasingly important for the collaborative nature of my work.

Additionally, I work with an admin who assists with booking and scheduling my consultations. Currently, there’s no way for her to access my calendar under her own login. She has to sign in under my account to schedule meetings and calls on my behalf, which isn’t ideal for workflow or security.

I’d love to know if HoneyBook has, or is planning to implement, more collaborative features—both for client-facing planning tools and internal team access to calendars and scheduling.

@Bianca Javier -  Thanks so much for sharing your perspective—it's clear how much you value delivering a smooth, collaborative experience for your clients (and team), and I can absolutely see how tools like shared timelines and real-time updates play a big role in that.

HoneyBook has been expanding rapidly, and while it doesn’t currently offer full client-facing planning tools like design boards or interactive timelines, they’re actively improving platform functionality and exploring third-party integrations that can complement the client experience. In fact, new features and partnerships are constantly being rolled out to give users more flexibility, and community feedback plays a big role in shaping what comes next. (like Timeline Genius)

As for team collaboration—you're right that calendar access is currently tied to the main account login, which isn't ideal for team members. But HoneyBook is working on more robust multi-user and permissions-based tools to support growing businesses like yours. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend submitting these suggestions to the Ideas section of the Community, or upvoting existing ones so the product team can better understand how important these features are to planners.

You’re doing incredible work, and I truly hope HoneyBook continues to grow in a way that supports your needs fully. 💛 Let me know if you want to explore how you might bridge the gap with some current tools or workflows in the meantime!
