Hello everyone! We are having trouble with notifications for new inquiries. Our business owner is receiving the notifications, but I (who assists her) am not. No emails or notifications. I only see the new inquiries if I go onto HoneyBook and look at whether there are new inquiries within the Projects pipeline. I have gone to the notifications under settings and all my alerts are on. Anyone else run into this issue? Is there some reason both members of a team (with two separate logins) are not receiving the same notifications? Thank you!

I am sure I am missing something but I built me product application on a contact form many moons ago. When a project is booked I want all of the contact info including mailing address to populate the contact info but I can’t get city, state, zip by just using the location. Some times people only give street address in this linked field. Then I have to scroll all the way to the Botton to their application after 2 months of emails. Why can’t the linked address files also have more contact data and the lead offs or contact forms be in the files section or some easier way to access them Thanks in advance. I hate posting on message boards because I am usually the problem not the system.

I’m building a cohort registration automation using one form/link throughout enrollment. For example, registrants should receive a discounted invoice that expires December 1. If unpaid, we want a notification so we can decide whether to send a new full-price invoice with its own payment cutoff one week before the cohort starts. That replacement invoice should require our approval.People registering after December 1 should automatically receive the full-price invoice with that same final payment cutoff.I can find waits based on days after registration, but not how to use fixed calendar deadlines to handle these steps. Can HoneyBook automate this, or would switching invoice templates and reviewing unpaid invoices need to be manual?

Hi Everyone,  I am finding it frustrating using the automation features and have discovered the automation options are very limited and basic for what is needed and as such considering dropping this platform for something more robust.  I want to set up an automation for a New Inquiry based on the date query condition. The problem is the date query only takes into consideration a project booked status and doesn’t look at the calendar. I have created a fake project with a blocked off time for vacation mode but the query condition still is sending an email saying we are available because we do not have a contract signed or payment received and as such the proect is in tentative but not, booked.  This seems like incredibly basic functionality that is required just on an inquiry. How on earth do you manage an automation for such a simple function? Two things…. How do you set a project to booked even with moving it to a later stage? We created a vacation not available stage and still doesn’t

I’m excited Honeybook rolled out gallery feature. I’d love to see it support downloading the entire gallery for my clients sake. As a wedding photographer, my clients can’t download individual images.

I have searched the knowledge base and cannot find the answer to this.  We now have the integrated SMS text feature within our honeybook project portal but I am unable to add the SMS Consent checkbox to the phone number smart field area on my initial contact inquiry form. What am I Missing?Help!

It would be really helpful if there was an integration in the HoneyBook Platform that we can set certain templates to automatically fill in the PO number for us, since we cannot customize the Invoice number.  For instance, I would like all my venue rentals to state Rental at the beginning of the Invoice or to but since that is not possible it would be helpful for all of my Venue Rental contracts to automatically list the PO Number as Rental.

How can we prevent double bookings in HoneyBook when Google Calendar events marked as “Busy” aren't recognized as project conflicts?Currently, HoneyBook's AI continues to tell clients that dates are available, even when we have existing bookings, cleanings, showings, or internal events scheduled and marked as “Busy” in Google Calendar.Additionally, even within HoneyBook itself, there doesn't appear to be a way to manually block dates or mark them as booked without a signed contract or payment. Is there a way to ensure HoneyBook's AI and project availability recognize Google Calendar's “Busy” events, or allow us to manually block dates without requiring a contract or payment? This is a significant issue for us because it creates the risk of double bookings and causes the AI to communicate incorrect availability to potential clients. We're looking for a reliable way to manage availability across both systems.

I’d love a reusable internal form I can fill out during client sessions. The problemRight now, I copy and paste a session structure into Notes for each session, but Notes isn’t a structured form. I spent hours trying to build one with Smart File templates, but they aren’t designed for live note-taking. While I type as the client talks, the layout shifts, which is distracting. It feels like a design editor, not a working form. How I work with clientsI send each new client an onboarding questionnaire. Before every session, I send a short intake form asking about their current presenting problem. Their responses save in real time and can be linked to project details. What I’m looking forA reusable internal worksheet, not shared with clients, that:Holds multiple sessions in one document. Each session gets its own page with its own responses (presenting problem, symptoms, triggers, what they want, life without the problem, etc.), and I can duplicate pages as new sessions are added. Links each

This seems like a basic feature found everywhere but HB.

Is there a way to rename “session” to “appointment” within the scheduler? I really want to be able to use the automations for the scheduler, but feel like the word “session” is confusing or at least not the terminology I would like to use for my business type. Is there any way around this or is this something that has been requested before? For example, the reminder email looks something like this:Subject: Your upcoming sessionHi First Name,This is a reminder that you have an upcoming session scheduled. Please view the details below and reach out if you have any questions.Session name: Name HereWhen: Date HereDuration: Time HereYour comments: Comments Here I would like it to be something like this:Subject: Your upcoming appointmentHi First Name,This is a reminder that you have an upcoming appointment scheduled. Please view the details below and reach out if you have any questions.Appointment type: Name HereWhen: Date HereDuration: Time HereYour comments: Comments Here I send all of my

In the past week and a half, I've had two separate fraud attempts on my HoneyBook Balance debit card. I don't use this card for shopping or transactions at all, I only have it because it's the only way to transfer money out to my actual business bank account. So imagine my surprise getting texts like this out of nowhere:"CVV verification failed for the HoneyBook debit card ending 4584. Please try again."The second alert (today) was for the NEW card number I was issued and a much larger attempted transaction. When I contacted support, I was told this is an industry-wide issue where fraudsters use automated tools to guess and test card numbers, and that it's not a breach of HoneyBook's systems. They confirmed both times that the transactions were blocked before going through, which is good.... But the second time around the same thing happening again... left a bad taste…  A few things I wish I'd known / things that might help others:The texts from +1 (415) 463-1453 are legitimate HoneyBoo

HoneyBook Team, I am begging you all to stop updating the Payments Reports format without a change log. Every single month a new column is added, deleted, or renamed and it's been seriously messing with our bookkeeping. I have to play sleuth to find out what's been changed and reformat our entire year's spreadsheets

Hi!  I am looking to launch honeybook in our small events company but my accountant has reservations about integrating HB with Quickbooks.  Is anyone an expert on this?  I would love to schedule a phone call to ask some questions!! thsnk you!teri
