How To Add SMS Consent To Contact Form

I have searched the knowledge base and cannot find the answer to this. 

 

We now have the integrated SMS text feature within our honeybook project portal but I am unable to add the SMS Consent checkbox to the phone number smart field area on my initial contact inquiry form.

 

What am I Missing?

​@Rebecca Cross  Hello! Did you still need assistance with this? In lead forms, consent checkbox automatically appears on the form when the phone number question is linked to HoneyBook's Contact Phone Number field.

    I guess I do need help. I am referring to the contact forms. Not the lead forms.
