How can we prevent double bookings in HoneyBook when Google Calendar events marked as “Busy” aren't recognized as project conflicts?
Currently, HoneyBook's AI continues to tell clients that dates are available, even when we have existing bookings, cleanings, showings, or internal events scheduled and marked as “Busy” in Google Calendar.
Additionally, even within HoneyBook itself, there doesn't appear to be a way to manually block dates or mark them as booked without a signed contract or payment.
Is there a way to ensure HoneyBook's AI and project availability recognize Google Calendar's “Busy” events, or allow us to manually block dates without requiring a contract or payment?
This is a significant issue for us because it creates the risk of double bookings and causes the AI to communicate incorrect availability to potential clients. We're looking for a reliable way to manage availability across both systems.
