Hi!
I’m setting up DIY Decorations for a client. I want to send a form for them to fill out w/ Quantity, description and an image of the item. I’ve tried a questionnaire, but no luck on that.
Any suggestions on how to create that for them to fill out? I’m limited in HB on how many images they can upload.

+2If the new file uploader option isn’t working out for you, you could include a link in the questionnaire (directly and/or by adding a re-direct link after the questionnaire is submitted) to a Google Drive or Dropbox folder that your client could upload photos to.
