Welp, HB went ahead and got rid of the Garamond font from email replies. They said it was because mac no longer fully supports it. So their solution was to get rid of it and not replace it with anything similar, Maybe like Didot? Or literally anything similar. Just take away something that is a big part of branding.

Part of why this really bothers me is not only because of the font, a font that is used throughout my entire brand, blogs, emails, contracts and everything in between, but because this is yet another issue that has popped up over the last month with Honeybook. This crm is rapidly going down the drain and I’m starting to consider switching to something else. I’m sure there is a company that actually cares about their user base.

Rant over.

Hey @Promani Weddings,

My name’s Kaitlyn and I’m a Honeybook Pro. I completely understand where you’re coming from. Losing a font that’s woven into your whole brand identity is so frustrating, especially when there’s no real alternative offered. It’s not just about looks, it’s about consistency and how you show up to your clients.

You’re not being dramatic. This matters, and it can be tiring constantly adjusting when you’ve already built everything with intention.

I’d definitely pop this into the Ideas tab if you haven’t already. Your voice does matter! Feedback like this really does help shape future updates.

These are nice words, but they are empty and mean nothing. Telling me “this matters” but nothing being done to fix it, is just simply pointless. I know without any doubt, that adding a new font would not be very difficult and would be something Honeybook’s developers could accomplish within a matter of days, if they were slow. This is 100% a misguidance of priorities issue and nothing else, and to me, speaks volumes of the kind of company Honeybook as become. There was no warning, it was just simply gone, and now I am expected to sit patiently and wait for a possible future update.

@Promani Weddings

I totally hear you. I know I didn’t offer a fix, and I get how exhausting it is to be told “your feedback matters” when it feels like nothing changes.

As a HoneyBook Pro, I don’t have direct control over development decisions, but I do have a direct line to the HoneyBook team. Even though you have already reached out to support, I have also passed along your feedback to @Kait M. You’re right, this isn’t about the difficulty of adding a font. It’s about communication, user trust, and recognizing how changes like this affect real businesses.

Your frustration is valid — and you deserve more than generic answers.
