Gathering emails through scheduler

Great question—if you're wanting to require both an email address and a phone number when someone schedules a 15-minute consultation, you’ll need to embed your scheduler into a Lead Form rather than using the standalone scheduler link.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to Tools > Lead Forms.

2. Create a new form or edit an existing one.

3. Drag and drop the Scheduler block into your Lead Form.

4. Customize the form by adding required fields like Phone Number and Email.

5. Be sure to mark each field as Required.

6. Share the Lead Form link instead of the basic scheduler link.
