How to access honeybook customer service?

I can’t find the answer to a problem I’m having on Honeybook with their scheduler not putting meetings that I( schedule for clients onto my clients schedule and it’s quite disruptive.  I am not finding any way to contact honeybook tech assistance or customer service at all.  Am I missing something?

There’s a question mark on the bottom right of your HoneyBook account to ask them for support!

 

Are your clients a google user? If they’re not a google user, they need to add the meetings to the calendar on their own.

They are google users.  It looks like they are not even getting email notifications.  So no calendar invite on their calendar and no email.  Thanks for pointing out the question mark.  Don’t know why I couldn’t see that before.

Is your email integrated? If so, you can see if the calendar invite sent via your send folder. A copy of it is in your google inbox

 I am in the same boat. Everything I search for comes up clean. I cant seem to get answers to anything.
