How to process refunds without Plaid

Is there any other way to process refunds without using Plaid? I have tried for two days now to connect my account and when I get to the last step it keeps saying something went wrong and to try again or connect using another bank.

    Are you still having issues with processing refunds? If you are, you should be able to process refunds directly through the Honeybook Project. 

    • Go to the Project where the payment was made
    • Select Payments
    • Choose the payment you want to refund and click Refund

    If you still have trouble, I’d recommend reaching out to HoneyBook Support. They might be able to help troubleshoot the connection issue and give suggestions that directly relate to your specific account. You can contact them by clicking the “?” in your account.
