Hello,

 

Has anyone had the experience where a client invoice is showing as paid but there was actually no transaction to trace/show for it?

Hi @Nicole Jordan, that is interesting - that shouldn’t be the case unless someone on your end has marked it as “paid” manually. Have you tried reaching out to support about this?
