Is Honeybook a Scam?

Colman Gately

I have never found it so hard to contact support or sales since i paid for a subscription. Can you adise what hoops you all had to jump through to get a response from this entity.

support@honeybook.com and sales@honeybook.com both got kicked back as undeliverable.

When you’re logged into your account, click the blue ‘?’ on the bottom righthand corner. This will get you in touch with the support team and they’re pretty quick at responding.

 

I’m constantly contacting HB support every day on behalf of my clients so I can assure you, this is the best way to reach out to HB when you have an issue!


Also, where did you find support@honeybook.com email? I’ve never seen that one listed anywhere, curious where you saw it?
