Leads from Knot & Wedding Wire loaded into Honeybook

I totally hear you—automating lead intake from platforms like WeddingPro would be such a time-saver, especially when you're handling high inquiry volume. While there’s currently no direct integration between HoneyBook and WeddingPro (and, as you mentioned, it’s not available through Zapier either), I completely understand the desire to streamline this part of your workflow.

From my experience as a HoneyBook Pro, here are a couple of things you can consider in the meantime:

✅ Option 1: Use a HoneyBook Lead Form

If you’re able to add your HoneyBook Lead Form as your contact method on WeddingPro, leads will enter HoneyBook directly as new projects and can trigger your initial Smart File or automation from there. However, please note: there are some platform policy restrictions on sites like The Knot and WeddingPro around redirecting traffic or leads off-platform, so be sure to review their terms carefully before making that change to avoid any compliance issues.
 

This has been requested by my clients in the past so I definitely recommend submitting a feature request to HoneyBook directly if this kind of integration would make a big impact for your team—they do read and prioritize user feedback!
