New "Balance" accounts and transaction limits

Is anyone else frustrated with the “Hard Limits” on the Balance account Debit cards? I was hoping to utilize this account for incoming payments from clients and purchasing the goods sold from the same account for easy bookkeeping purposes as well as quicker turnaround (not waiting an additional few days for the transfer into my standard business account), as a lot of these purchases are time sensitive.

However, after 5 days of waiting for my clients funds to appear, I tried to pay my vendor for the cabinets and was declined due to the daily transaction limit.

I know there are businesses of all sizes using this platform, and I thought using my CRM as banking would cut out a lot of confusion and time.  But I cannot purchase from this account and I am regretting my decisions today.

I’m a Honeybook Pro and I totally understand how frustrating this must be—trying to manage both incoming client payments and vendor purchases all in one place sounds like such a smart way to simplify your workflow. It’s really disappointing when daily transaction limits get in the way, especially when you’re waiting several days for funds and then can’t pay for something important.

 

Your experience really sheds light on some of the challenges with the current system, and it’s important that HoneyBook hears this feedback. I definitely encourage you (and anyone else facing this) to submit this as an idea in the HoneyBook Ideas tab so the team knows how much this matters to users.
