Onboarding and HB training for new team members

Are there videos my new team members can watch to get a 101 overview of what HB is and how it’s used? I realize every business sets the flow, automations, etc up differently, but if there was a way to give them a basic understanding of the tools, I could take it from there … and that would save me a ton of time.
