When I invite a client to a project, I want them to have easy & quick access to all of their documents and files in one place. The Files tab within a project does this, but it’s SO unorganized! You can’t fully read the title of each file, you can’t sort them, and you can’t organize them into folders. This is driving me crazy. My clients are looking at their files and getting so lost. In turn, it makes my company look disorganized. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a work-around solution? Can we lobby for this to be a new feature?!
- Titles should show when you hover over a file
- Parent folders should be an option so you can organize legal documents, customer experience documents, helpful resources, etc.
- Drag and drop sorting would help to prioritize files
