Signing a Contract: Issues

I am new to Honeybook and loved so much about it but I have sent out my first contract and the signature line when I hover over it does not allow me to do anything. At first it didn’t even bring up the box around the signature. I contacted a Honeybook help person and we went through some trouble shoots; changing browersers, clearing cache, etc. It is not working. Anyone else have problems with it and can help troubleshoot?

This might be a silly question, but have you toggled on “signature required”? I found that to be the issue for me when my client couldn’t sign.

Thank you Haley, you are kind for responding.

I found it was due to my client having two emails, personal and business, so when I set them up it was under the personal but as we moved forward with the “proposal” he wanted me to send to his business email. Honeybook requires that the signature match the original setup email.

I believe it got it fixed.
