Is anyone else having a ton of issues with messages within honeybook going to Spam?? I’m having several clients not receive my emails and I only get a bot when I try to chat with the honeybook support.

Hey Sarah! So sorry to hear this. You can always type “Talk to a person” to bypass the chatbot. For now though, I’ll go ahead and connect you with the team! Look out for an email from Concierge@HoneyBook.com

Yes! I am having this issue as well. My domain reputation is high, and my email follows all email deliverability requirements. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ve suspected this issue has caused me to lose contact with a potential client or two.
