Not only am I still extremely upset that Tasks have been moved complicating my workflow and adding time to it...now when I go into tasks I am seeing tons of tasks from 2021-2022 of which I have never seen before when viewing my tasks. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

This platform truly feels like a mess.

Hey @Traci Edwards

It looks like there was a bug that has since been fixed! Let me know if this is still happening and I’ll have the team look back into it :)

@Traci Edwards -  I totally hear your frustration, and I know you're not alone in feeling overwhelmed by the recent changes to the Tasks experience. When something that’s meant to keep us organized suddenly feels disorienting or adds time to our workflow, it can be incredibly discouraging—especially when you're trying to stay on top of everything.

HoneyBook is actively monitoring feedback and continuing to evolve the Tasks tool based on what users like you are sharing. These changes are part of a broader effort to improve task management long-term, but I completely understand how that doesn’t make the current experience feel any easier in the moment.

As for the older tasks showing up unexpectedly—I'd definitely recommend reaching out to HoneyBook Support to report it. It may be a syncing issue or a system update that pulled archived or hidden tasks into view. They should be able to check what’s going on and hopefully provide guidance on whether those tasks can be cleared or filtered out moving forward.

Thank you for sharing your experience—it really does help HoneyBook continue to grow in a direction that better supports all of us. 💛
