Hello all! I have 2 questions for those familiar with the tasks

  1. Is there a way to make follow ups more flexible without taking them off? For example, To shift an automated follow up a few days out so that the due date is more accurate?
  2. What does ‘to approve’ mean?

When you have an automation applied to a specific project, you can edit it and modify any steps as-needed without having to change the template. And “To approve” means you have tasks inside your automation set to “require approval before sending”. This means HoneyBook will send you a notification to let you know it’s time to complete a task, but it won’t send anything without your approval. You can change this inside individual steps of your automations as well if you’d like it to send automatically instead!
