Add another signature / initials?

Great question ​@JazmineKaressEvents! I’m Matthew a brand designer and HB Pro. I use this in my own business in a few places where I 100% want folks to read/remember what they agreed to (ha). Okay here’s how to do it, plus an important note at the bottom of this post:

Building the file

1. Go to contract and locate the area you wish to add an Initials Field
2. On right side of screen click the First Client Initials button and then this editor will open on
3. You could also add a smart field then customize it to be an initials field

Here’s how it looks to the user

IMPORTANT note: these fields will be text fields, not the same signature block that appears for official signature at the bottom. So, the user will be prompted to enter in their information, if I were entering it, I would write: ME in the box
