add forms based on selection smart files

I have a smart file that lets people select to enroll 1-3 students. I'd like to add multiple forms to the smart file based on the selection. For example, if a client selects to enroll two students, then there would be two authorization forms included in the file instead of one. This would save me the trouble of sending the additional files separately.

First, you should submit this as an IDEA vs QUESTION, that way other folks can upvote your idea which boosts it in the eyes of the backend team.

Second, one reason this doesn’t exist yet is because you’d need to have each user added to the project. For example if user 1 is the initial client, you would have to add in the other 2.

Legally, HB needs different users so that contracts can be traced back to the signatory. 

Until this gets addressed, you could explore using related workspaces? Doesn’t solve your initial question tho

      Thanks for your reply. I want to see HoneyBook get there before another CRM company does. This idea is based on one person signing up to be the client and paying mom or dad, and multiple projects or students are added. Sending specialized additional forms slows down the process incredibly.
