Adding Contacts to Phone Book

Is there a way for all of the contacts info we receive to be put into our phone books? Either on google contacts or similar so that when we get a phone call or text, that it populates with a name? I’m not sure how this isn't a thing yet- but if it is, I surely can’t figure out how to do it properly.

I do currently have zapier doing this for me, but it says it's working, and the contacts are not appearing in my phone. I’m getting frustrated!

I have Zapier doing this for me successfully and it’s really helpful to see which customer is texting me about their project 🤓

Zap:

  • HB Event = Client Created
  • Google Contacts Event = Find Contact
  • Google Contacts Action =
Zapier Action - HoneyBook Contacts to Google Contacts (step 3)
  • Make sure “Create Google Contacts Contact if it doesn’t exist yet?” box is checked
  • Insert whichever data fields you’d like to be filled in in Google Contacts
  • Test and Publish
