Adding inquiry follow up emails to automations.

Hi! I have two follow up emails in my automation workflows. One is at 3 days and the other is at 7 days and it is set to trigger them after the activation was activated/my booking smart file email goes out to them. I want to make sure that the follow up emails DON’T go out if they complete that smart file prior to the 3rd and 7th day. How do I confirm that they would be voided if they complete the booking? Thank you!
