Adding Items/Services - HELP!

Jessica Kovacs

I am finding it VERY hard to find any information on adding my services to Honeybook. I am an HR Consultant and want to add services with pricing so I can select them for proposals and invoicing without re-entering them for each client.

I can see packages and blocks but that isn’t how my services are developed, they are individual services that I want to select to be added.

Why can’t I find anything on doing this? This can’t be this difficult, what am I missing?

TIA!

Jess

Depending on what version you have (the HB is always testing out new solutions with small percentages of users before opening up to all), there is a Services database option within the Templates drop-down from the main navigation.

If you don’t have that. The workaround is to:

  • go into an invoice, start adding line items, HB will save them and you can reuse for future event out of the invoice template you just made. In future you’ll start typing service item name and it’ll pop up.
  • you could also use packages, but just enter in the overall package line item (and not include any subset service items)

Please let me know if this makes sense and if it’s helpful :)

@Monica R is there any chance we can get @Jessica Kovacs the new services template database?
