Adding schedule phone call to contact form

Just out of curiosity, may I ask why you’d like to use a contact form as opposed to a lead form? I’d love to pass this along to the team.

As a workaround, you could connect an automation to your contact form that sends an email with your scheduling link after the contact form is submitted. This wouldn’t allow leads to schedule calls right from your form, but it would automate the scheduling step, saving you some manual work. Here’s more on connecting automations to contact forms.

Thank you for the reply! I was wanting to add it to my contact form since that’s what I already had on my website. Can I use a lead form in place of my contact form on my website?

At this time, lead forms cannot be directly embedded on your website. As a workaround, you can add a button to your website and link that to your lead form. The advantage of the lead form is that you can do more than just capture and qualify leads, including let your clients select services, schedule sessions and pay instantly.
