Adding to Automations after a lead is in the workflow

I’m curious if someone has already filled out a lead form that connected to a pre-built automation - if I add to that automation at a later date will that lead get the updated documents/emails I’ve added or would I have to send out those emails through batch emails?

    Hi @Rylie Godoy!

    Great question - the automation should apply to new lead form submissions. For everyone who has filled out your lead form before you activated/linked this automation, you’ll need to send those files either individually - or on a batch basis :)
