I need a spot to have clients enter additional people into their inquiry so i have their info.  I photograph hs seniors and I need their information at contact as well. I’d love these to be housed easily together when I look at the project. And also be able to smart reference “client 1” “client 2” etc.

You can create and add custom client and projects fields to your lead forms to gather all the information you need about your clients. 

What do you mean by smart reference? Could you elaborate on that a bit?

Sure! 

When I create a lead form I would like to capture main client (client 1) and all contact info AND a client 2 with all contact info.  Which then I’d like to add to contracts, questionairres and automations. I can’t do this with just a custom entry.

This is possible to collect in a lead form. In my example below I created Client 2 custom field. Not pictured I have fields for other contact info. I also have the same fields for Client 1. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When building a contract, I add the smart fields. You can see in my example below, that Second Client Name, Second Client address, etc are connected. When I use this smart file in a project, those fields will automatically fill in with what my client submitted on the lead form.
