AI access to our account information?

Yes yes and yes!!! This is 100% what we are building! This week you’ll already be getting access to a version that is linked to SOME of your account info (privately of course).

We are also working on a chat skill that allows you to ask questions about a specific project and get answers. 

We’d like to prioritize the most important account info for you to be there first. So I’m curious to hear the top 10 things you think the AI chat should know about your account (try to think about your clients’ perspective).

When you are asking about the top 10 thing about my account from client perspective, do you mean what should the chat know about my clients or something else? or a specific project?

Things I can think off the top of my head (and not in any particular order)

1. what clients/contacts have birthdays this month/coming up?
2. do clients have any questions/anything I may have missed (like if something comes up in an email)

Dang, I guess I could think of more once I have clarification. I don’t want to list a bunch of things that will have no relevance.

Oh I like the birthday one! Do you collect birthday details for each client in a smart field?

What are the 10 most important pieces of information the AI should know about your account. 

Here are some examples: 

1. ​​​​​How much I earned last year
2. A list of projects that are waiting for my reply
3. My writing style so it can write in my voice
4. How much I earned in tips\
5. Etc…
