Android App is not showing notifications

Dramatic Focal Point

I am running Honeybook 1.22.26 on my Google Pixel 8 Pro with Android 14. I am not receiving notitficaitons when clients are placing inquiries or when they send me messages. I have ALL HoneyBook notificatios tured on.

 

Is anyone else having this issue or do you have a solution?

Hi there! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center. That sucks to hear you aren’t getting any notifications! It sounds like your notifications are all turned on in the app, but they might also be disabled by your Pixel’s settings. Here’s Google’s article on how to check notification settings for a specific app.

If everything looks correct on both the app and your phone’s settings, reach out to HoneyBook’s support team by clicking on the purple question mark ( “?” ) on any HoneyBook page, then selecting Messages. They can help you figure out what’s going on.
