Hello Members. I’m praying someone can help me or lead me in the right direction. I’ve actually reached out to honeybook and they are saying they don’t have the options I need right now. I am currently booking some clients from my website. My clients/potential clients can see and book my services on my website. BUT when I need to send them documents, client onboarding forms etc. I then need to send them things from Honeybook.

I would like to do all things through honeybook but it’s linked up through my website. Is there a seamless way that you all have integrated your website and honeybook where you are not doing a lot of manual work to get things to the client?

What’s been working for you?

A lead form is a public form with an external link.

  1. connect calendar
  2. create your scheduler
  3. Open lead forms
  4. layout the pages you want (scheduler first? Services first? Etc)
  5. insert the services block and use that as a way for your clients to select a service
  6. insert scheduling block for them to book a time
  7. insert invoice & pay blocks
  8. design
  9. When you hit publish, it will give you a link. Paste that link on your website and when they “book” they’re booking within HB, but most don’t realize it.

Once they’ve paid and booked, it will be added to HB automatically and you can set up an automation or send documents manually.

keep in mind that lead forms are PIF only!

Can you use Lead forms to have them book services on your website? That way, a project is created in HB when they pay and then you can either automate documents or send them easily within HB…

Can you explain that in more detail? That might work just trying to understand how to do it. Right now if someone wants to book they select from my website and pay. But the booking and calendar is connected to my website and not honeybook. Ideally I would like to have links on my website that allow them to view my services book when they click book/pay it is honeybook.  Honeybook is saying they don’t have a way to add my services to honeybook.

Thank you! This is what I was hoping honeybook would offer me as a solution. You’ve been so helpful in such a short period of time.

Depending on your site platform, you may also be able to leave it as is, but create a zap on Zapier to move the info to Honeybook, create a project, etc.
