Any way to create an annual reminder?

Just asked chat bot how to create an annual reminder on my calendar and it says this is not a supported feature??

It’s crazy to me that my monthly fee has increased significantly to pay for all these AI integrations and automations yet something as simple as an annual reminder is not supported. Make it make sense.

Hey ​@Cosmo, what type of reminder were you wanting? You can get creative with the project stages and automations to make this work.

 

  1. Make an automation trigger be “Project Stage Moved To XX” (in this case, I’ll call it the “Reminder Stage”) 
  2. Add a Task (your reminder)
  3. Add a Wait item, and make it “wait until Task Completed” so you can then complete whatever it is you need reminding!
  4. Then add the action “Project Stage Moved” and move the project to a different stage
  5. Then “Wait 12 months”
  6. Then add the action “Project Stage Moved” and put it back to the “Reminder Stage”

 

I know it’s complicated, but doing this will create a loop for you.
