Anyone else having trouble creating a new email ? The option looks like it went away in Activity tab?

When sending a client an email in HB, there usually is an option to start a new email thread in the Activity tab. As of this week, I’m no longer able to do that. I’ve logged out and back in to see if it was an update glitch, but no such luck. I’m having to work around by going to client profile and sending a new email, but the system is not allowing me to create a new one, only reply to the last… which in many cases the subject matter doesn’t apply. For instance, I’m trying to confirm a time for setup and it’s only letting me reply to an automated past due email for payment - cannot back out information or reset the subject line.
