Asking to add a team member or client on signature

**I FIXED IT**

 

I added a signature line on a contract for a mom (dad was already on there), and it keeps giving me the error that “all signatures must be assigned to a team member, client, or collaborator.” Why am I getting this message as I am creating the contract? And how do I fix it? Thanks!
