I’m wondering if there is a way to assign meetings to team members? When I schedule a bride to come in for a tour of the venue, I add it as a meeting in the project. But, it goes to my calendar. I want to be able to assign that meeting to someone else on the team since she is the one giving the tour. Can I do that and if so, how?

I’m Rona from the HoneyBook team. If you are using the scheduler tool to book meetings based on availability, you can set the meeting to be scheduled with your team member under the availability section. Make sure you added that person as a team member under settings. Adding some related help articles:

This is not helpful. I am having the same issue. If I have a team member on the project and I schedule a tour it is not going to the team member, only to my calendar and the clients.
