I’d love to be able to set certain parameters for projects to automatically archive:
- x # of days after project date passes (I like to keep my projects open for a year in a designated pipeline stage so that all of the automations go through at the 365 day mark from their project date - so that I can wish my clients a happy anniversary - but would like it to archive automatically shortly after that final automation step)
- Ability to adjust automatic archive settings based on project type
Certain clients can be archived right away after their project is completed, others need a different amount of time. Ability for me to customize this would be helpful!
- Ghosted inquiries - if client has moved to follow-up stage (or any other pre-booking stages) but no activity has happened for x # of days, then automatically archives.
