Happy to help. Would you be able to share an example of one of these automatic email messages, so I can make sure we’re looking at the same thing?

Chances are, you can adjust this from your Preferences! Check out your Preferences here, then scroll down to the Actions and Payment Reminders sections. From here, you can update the sending rules and content of most of these emails.
