I feel that I’m over complicating my process.
I used to use Smart Files for clients to book, however they seemed bulky and hard for some clients to navigate - so I switched to Lead Forms.
I like that you can easily bookk with a lead form. However, I can’t set up an automatic payment afterwards with the lead forms.
So now, I have an email sent to inquiries, and then a 2nd email goes out the next day to make sure they got the first email with my lead forms.
Is there a better way to do it? When I have clients book the first day, they are confused about the 2nd email…
however I’m a busy mom so I need some automation so I didn’t forget clients.
