Using Automation 2.0 to reply to an inquiry, then create a draft email that I need to review before sending.
When I send the draft email, the stage doesn’t change like it does when I send an email not using the automation.
Solution:
- Have the draft emails still count as an email being sent so the macro setting of “move to follow up once first email has been sent” works. (Though I realize the auto reponse saying “we’ve received your email” would then falsely trigger that stage flip…
- Create a decision tree YES/NO that says “was draft email sent” YES = do this. NO = Cancel Automation / or whatever else the user wants…
